ROUTE:

Lisboa-Alverca-Azambuja-Santarem-Advagar-Monsanto-Minde-Fatima

GENERAL SCHEDULE:

🐺 Breakfast at 9am

🐺 Biking at 9.30am

🐺 Light lunch at 1pm and back to bike at 3pm

🐺 Dinner at 8pm

🐺 Returning to Lisboa by train with bikes

CALORIES BURN EXPECTATION:
